Spinach & Artichoke Hummus

This Spinach & Artichoke Hummus recipe is quick, easy to make and it tastes delicious!




"Spinach & Artichoke Hummus "


Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, drained
1 cup baby spinach
3 artichoke hearts
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons tahini
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 - 4 tablespoon water for consistency
Vegetables and pita chips, for serving


Directions

Put the chickpeas, spinach, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt and pepper into a mixer and mix until smooth. With the motor running, slowly add in the olive oil until hummus is creamy and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add some water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

To serve, transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and enjoy!
